Does anyone know if Mariska Hargitay will be returning to SVU as Olivia Benson this fall?

Yes! I read in a recent interview in TV Guide that she will be in the first 2 episodes (as they were filmed last year) and then she will be on maternity leave for about 6 episodes and will be returning in about the 8th episode.

yes she is returning half through the season the new season startr sept. 18 she already knows where she is putting the crib in the dressing room

As far as i know she is just as soon as she is ready to leave her baby home so she can work.... lol
