well you could do manual publishing, go to a nearby publishing house and have copies made.

or if you're on a budget, simply upload it in a website.
my professor used livejournal to showcase his idlipcomic.

maybe you can check this out

Again, visit your local library and check out the Writer's Market book. Make copies of those listings of literary agencies and publishing houses that suit the genre and style of the manuscript. You can also buy this book at your local book store.

Log on the web sites given and pay particular attention to formatting and submitting guidelines.

A strong query letter is a must in all situations. Craft one that is stronger than your opening paragraph to your novel. Send a SASE if mailing your manuscript; that way your rejection or affirmation will come within a few months' time. If you can send the manuscript via e-mail that's all the better for you. But don't send it electronically unless the agent or publisher allows such.

Best success.

All of those suggestions are definetely worth following up on. If you're really serious about publishing your book, you'll need to find more than one place in case you don't get accepted at others. Make sure you understand the law and contract parts if you do in fact get a hard book published. Make sure your legal guardian knows about what you're doing. They'll probably give you the best advice, if they're the kind of parents that everyone wants.

There are many on-line publishers available and you can have almost anything done in a manner to your liking. But they cost.

Check out Google.

I would suggest you ask your english teacher in school. Perhaps they know some good magazines or publishing company contacts you could try. Good luck!
