Diogenes would fail in his search for an honest man if he limited his search
to the Senators and Congressmen in the Democrat Party.

If Term Limits were to be imposed on a National Scale, would the weeding out of those people who sell their votes eventually change the existing "Culture of Corruption" in the Democrat Party?

Term Limits would most certainly reduce the "Culture of Corruption" that is currently embedded in the philosophy of the Democrats.

They believe that it is extremely rare to unseat an incumbent so they all feel secure in selling their votes.

There are a few Republicans that do the same but they are very few.

Unfortunately they are the ones that the Major Media puts on the front page.

When a Democrat steals, like most of them do, it may or may not appear in the LA Times or the New York Times and if it does it is hidden in the back pages.

I can't believe that I would agree with Coragriph but he is actually correct on this point the republicans are just as guilty as the Democrats. But that is Politics. I do believe that term limits should apply with congressional employees.

Many states already have term limits set for their own states. The Supreme Court upheld term limits in 1990(?).

The problem is once you are there, riding the gravy train, would You pass legislation to put you out of your cushy job?

Neither social gathering is an harmless bystander, however the loudest screams are from the Democrats while a Republican is caught fixing a parking cost ticket, yet muted silence while various of theirs are shown to be in contact interior the reason of the finished give way of our financial gadget. you think of that the folk who back them might awaken and supply up help, yet plenty for blind devotion.

There's a 98% incumbency rate in Congress, so it's hardly limited to a democratic problem.

Both parties are steeped in corruption. And term limits might help.
