Do Organisations comply with the requirements of Equal Opportunity Programmes dealing with Gender issues or advancing women in the corporate world?

In America it is reverse discrimination. If you have openings for some high paying governmental jobs, the way the tests are given are designed for equality.

Level I - is for poor white women and blacks
Level II - is for blacks with college and middle class white women
Level III - is for white males with a high school diploma and blacks and women with a four year college degree.
Level IV - is for white males with some college to a high degree.
