Write really great answers to questions so yours get picked as best.
Getting ten points a pop for a best answer really helps jump up your score.
Rating and voting on answers helps...but if you don't want to do it, so be it. It'll just take you longer to get to the next level.
Also, don't ask so many questions. Each one you ask subtracts five points from your current score.

If you answer a whole bunch of questions over the next few days, you might be able to do it without any best answers. The fastest way I can think of for you to get there is to get 15 of your answers chosen as best and to stop asking questions. You get 10 points for each best answer, on top of the two you get just for answering in the first place. I'm glad they finally put in some feature to rate questions, because so few of them were good questions to begin with. And I hate it when people give bad answers too. Sometimes the question just asks for an opinion, so I try not to rate those answers unless they're especially bad. So start answering! Good luck!

you need to answer so many questions and chose so many best answers to get to 140 points. Once you get a 140 points you get level 2.

answer qustions and don't ask alot of them. You can give good answers and hope yours is the best.
