Do Organisations comply with the requirements of Equal Opportunity Programmes dealing with Gender issues or advancing women in the corporate world?

If companies with an EOE clause actually would walk the talk, the executive ranks would be 50/50 men/women. Or, at the very least, the middle management that is currently being groomed to someday be the top management would be 50/50.

Equal opportunity for women is a joke at most companies.

Equal Opportunity is suppose to be just that "equal" its not. what it really means is minorities will be favored over white males. This could be a positive if your a woman even more so if your a minority woman. But it doesn't mean equal!
