If you've had a traumatic experience as you so state, nothing is going to make you want to have sex until you address those issues. Therapy, counseling, and support groups are a good start. If you have someone who is pressuring/making you feel guilty/demanding you into having sex, then you should not be with that person. Someone who loves you will understand that you need to feel good inside before you feel good outside. Someone who loves you will give you all the time you need without pressure or guilt. There are plenty of agencies that give free assistance and advice, most support groups are also free. I wish you the best of luck.

I think the best thing for libido it not to push it. The more sex is pressured the less you will be attracted to it. If it is ruining, your relationship then it is probably time to move on. There is more to life than sex and if your partner does not understand that you should not miss him. Don't feel bad that you might need a brake.
Everyone's sexuality is different. Explore that wich you are interested in with those who are interested in exploring it with you.

I would recommend using one of our heighteners, Ex-T-Cee, Nympho Niagra or X-scream. You will place a small pea sized amount on your clitoris a few minutes before intercourse. Physically it causes the blood to rush to that area creating a heightened sensitivity. Mentally it allows your brain to forget everything else and focus on what feels good and allow you to act on it. Nympho Niagra is a heightner for females only that will provide a constant tingling sensation that is forumlated for women prone to urinary tract infections and yeast infections. It is also designed for women who have low sex drive due to stress, exhaustion, and medication including birth control pills ~ women who need help getting in the mood or who may feel too tired to initiate sex. Women who have a hard time becoming aroused and/or reaching orgasm. X-scream is the most intense of the three heightners and it an edible uni-sex cream.

oh heavens! please don't use drugs. those are temporary solutions with longlasting damaging effects that can and will make your problem worse.

okay, you need to REALX!!! whatever your traumatic experience was, you need to work that out first. whether it be with a shrink, your best friend in the whole world, or even your doctor. Please take care of this first. YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOU! if your boyfriend is worth keeping, he'll be patient. Stick to cuddling, handholding and snuggling. don't go any furthur until you are ready. This will be a slow process and you have time. And talk to your boyfriend. if you are feeling suffacated, say so. keeping quiet will only push him away and make you frustrated.

Just go to the DOC and tell him your problem. What works for one won't work for another. Viagra works for "some" women and will hurt others - go to the DOC and find out YOUR problem. It may be physical or MENTAL or BOTH. Viagra type drugs don't fix mental problems.
