yes. i don't take lunches and i finish my work on time or early, so, i feel it's ok.
besides.. i seem to have ADD and cannot focus on my job for 8+ hours STRAIGHT without some reprieve or break.. and this provides just that!

no, i do my work when i am at my work place. i keep separate time for my hobbies. yahoo answers is one of my hobbies. i spend around 30 min per day here.
