Only if I let myself dwell on the past do I get bitter about some of the things that have happened.

Yes I am bitter I wish I went t to college when I Had the chance now I'm 23 with no job yea I'm bitter and it's all my fault.

When I remember bad times that happened years ago...I feel sad...not the same way I felt then..but I feel depressed for a while. Then I tell to myself that these things are over, and that I have moved on...so I continue to move on...not forgetting though who I am. Cause our memories makes who we are today.

I'm bitter about the way my ex treats me because of our son. She does the opposite of everything the court recommends.

Yes i was treated terribly by an ex boyfriend
I absolutely don't have any feelings for him now,
I just despise him for the man he turned out to be,

No. Life is too short to dwell on things that have happened in the past. Holding on to the past prevents you from enjoying the here and now.

Oh yeah. My former best friend totally screwed over another friend and myself and tried to get us busted for something she did. This was 1988 and I still have not forgiven that witch nor will I ever.
