What about Journey's "When the Lights Go Down in the City"? You didn't say what the occasion is or if you are looking for country, rock, what speed?
I don't know why, but when I think of acoustic - I think of Dave Loggins's Please Come to Boston. I saw on Rockstar: Supernova Magni did "When Dolphins Cry" acoustically and it was AWESOME. I probably need more information

you are accomplished, you should not have a problem picking out a song. are you gonna sing too? what age are the people gonna be? how can anyone give you a good answer with out that info?
everyone likes the song "on top of old smokey". why dont you figure that song out and play it.
