I have been looking all over to try and short my pages on my webpage to either create a drop down menu or a anchor page. can someone please help me a.s.a.p?? PLZ

Here's some info about using the HTML anchor tag:

Basically, to use local anchors within a page, you use the "name" attribute of the anchor tag ("a"). To make a link to the anchor, you append a # to the beginning of the name. For example, one section might be marked and the link to that section would be marked . If you look at the source to that page I linked above, you will see some excellent examples of this. I recommend putting a list of links to all the sections at the top, just like that page above.

Anchor page is when you create a bunch of links at the top, and each of them links to an anchor tag that designates a section on the same webpage. So what you need is a list like this:

and before each corresponding area of your page starts place a piece of code like this:
