Why hasn't SP Garza of the Twins been added to available players list?

Triple A player is now scheduled to start saturday in place of Liriano

a pitcher has to pitch a certain number of games to be eligible for fantasy leagues, i think its 3, because garza may only pitch this one game or maybe 2.

I was actually wondering the same thing... I don't understand it. It's not because he might only get 1 or 2 starts. There has been plenty of rookies that have been scheduled to start and they were available on their first start. I've had Jared Weaver since his 1st start. I've been trying to add Garza for the past 3 days.
