A lady in the middle of giveing birth pooping into a nurses hands.

I'm not a nurse, but I worked for a law firm and saw pics of autopsies where a person's face was cut off and pulled over their head and the skull and brain was photographed from all angles.
I also saw lots of fire and bomb victims, including those victims in the fire from the Branch Davidian compound in Waco several years ago. But I think the worst were pics from an explosion that happened in a daycare. Very sad and graphic stuff.

I'm not a nurse; I was a direct care giver, and some guy refused to go to the bathroom until it was too late. It was all over his bed, the floor, the door, the walls, and I had to clean it up. Nummy.
