there are a few. if you do a search on amazon.com for con man or for confidence man you should find them. one in specific is by jim rose. the problem with books on how to be a con man is that all the cons that they describe are old and widely known amongst people, mostly cops. the best cons are original ones you come up with yourself.

Try reading "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" by Mark Twain. That'll teach you a thing or two about being a con man.

If you need a book you won't be very good at it cause its all a con and you have to have the knack .... watch the movie Catch Me If you can

Probably. "Catch Me if You Can" :) is loaded with ideas...but there is an easier way to learn how...there is this great school for learning all you need to know...it's called "Prison". You can start with "Con Job 101" & work your way up to "The Perfect Scam" in a matter of days. It is learning intensive, but effective.

hmm.. not sure if a "How to Be a Con Man for Dummies" has gotten to stores yet... although you could check!

probably a good rule of thumb is to not post your intentions of becoming a conman on the internet. Just a thought.

you need to develop the skills yourself, do your own research, etc. Books won't help much.
