The average person fails to realize the pressures that come along as being the #1 team in the country. It's a lot different than being #3, #5, or #10. A whole new spot light is placed upon you and the expectations rise considerably. The Buckeyes play in conference that is simply to strong and there is a slim chance that they can actually go undefeated and win the National Title like most people think.

They have a bulls eye in their back and teams are gunning for them, and they have to answer the bell every time out. They'll fold under the pressure almost for certain. Anything less than a Championship is considered an unsuccessful year, so it wont be a great season. But they're more than capable of a 9 or 10 win season.

The Usual. Not live up to the lofty expectations. Rank them 15-20 and they'll win the National Title. Rank them #1 and you know the rest.

They just gotta get by Texas and Penn State. If they win those two games they should be able to run the table and make it to the championship game.

Hard to say, losing 9 defensive starters from last year will be tough to adjust to. A.J. Hawk was the leader of that defense. Like everyone has said, if they beat Texas, then talk of National Championship will really heat up.

They will struggle with Penn State and Michigan but will finish in the top 10.... the magic eight ball says they will finish 4th.

Texas, Penn State, Iowa, and Michigan will be four tough games they would have to win to get to the national championship game. As much as I would love to see it happen, I doubt they could beat all four teams. That being said, I hope I am wrong. OH....IO....OH...IO...OH..IO
