It's decent - 32 mb indicates it's a little older, but it'll still work just fine with WinME.

Well in it's day it was an OK card but that was 7 or 8 years ago. In todays hi tech games that require video cards with 256 to 512 megs of memory it's kind of an old piece of trash but it will probably run in Windows ME. Just don't think you're going to go out and play many games on it or do any high end graphics programs.

Its ok, very basic graphic card, will be ok on ME os, you wont be running any high end games though
