If you mean why are we attracted to the EXTERIOR, it is because it is so smooth and curvy and especially enhanced by the clothes women wear. If you mean from a sexual perspective, think about this...
Of all the women men meat, we probably get to sleep with only a small percentage. So getting sex from a women is an event because some never do. And you all play so hard to get. Now add to that the even smaller percentage of girls that will allow anal sex, and the percentage is even lower. It is the sexual equivalent to having a rare painting. Many people look at rare art, some get to own rare art, but there are very few that own a Rembrandt or a VanGogh.

Butt & Boobs are God-given armours to conquer men!
Think for a moment a woman having a flat butt or a child's butt. How would she look like? She'd need a pillow there to sit on the floor without getting toppled!

Most female species have certain things that attract the male to them to start the courtship.
Female birds are usually brightly colored, same with fish and other animals and mammals.
Why should we be any different.
God gave birds brightly colored feathers,
he gave female women nice butts.
