Usually, you shouldn't have to be that specific. "i need to use the restroom" should be enough info. I guess there could be a situation where more info is needed, the americans say #2 (for poo) #1 is pee.

because I'm agirl its easy i just say iwant to go to the girls room to powder my nose \freshen up, now if i'm sent to areal powder room without the facility to do my thing i try another route isay iwant to pee!
