how to add a website to my toolbar?

ok,may be my question was alittle bit vague,but excuse my poor expression.What Imeant is e.g I want to put the cnn or bbc website icon or logo on the tool bar so that when I click on it I can go directly to the web site I want!!!did u get me?thx for the cooperation
