working as a p.a., my boss sent me a handwritten letter via post to the office adress asking me to meet him in his apartment so that we "could make love" he did mention in his letter that I did make his life very difficult and he didnt like me that much !!! ! ! how absurd can that be!!!!

I once had to visit a company in Cyprus.
My boss had no clue wether it was north Cyprus (Turkish territory) or the Greek part of the island.
She also didn't have a clue at which part of the island the plane would land.
So I asked: "What if I have to cross the border?" she said: "Just take a taxi" :s
No clue that it is a very difficult border to cross
(Reminds me of the other guy who had to go to North-Korea) :p

Stand watch over a small stationery cupboard whilst some paint around a part of the doorframe dried. I said 'I've got better things to do than watch paint dry', so he stood there instead!

I once had a boss who would tell me to do a certain job in a particular way. Then he would proceed to demonstrate, only he would do it differently than he described. If I did it like he did it he would say " Don't do as I do, do as I say." Crazy ****er!
