I did download them and now can't get rid of them. It is really playing havoc with my computer. Thanks

go to start>search files and folders ...Type in name let the computer do a search...delete everything that shows in search window by right clicking on

I see you mentioned that you can't uninstall them, but for the sake of the question. Have you tried going into your control panel and going to add/remove programs?...you ought to be able to do it from there.

go to your control panel
look for the add or remove programs icon
look for incredimail
then click change/remove button
