Data Quality Act?

Why is the government so stupid? Why would they even make the Data Quality Act?

There are three rules to Government:

1. If it moves, tax it.
2. If it keeps moving, regulate it.
3. If it quites moving, subsidize it.

And, in any event, there never has to be a reason for it. It's just policy.

Remember also what Henry David Thoreau said: "People generally get the kind of Government they deserve."
