Well its safe to travel to India, and Bangalore is a safe place... but with the prevaling problem of terrorism its looks unsafe to travel from America of the UK

Yes...bangalore is quite safe. Don't make any plans for the north...as of now.

Yes of course. When several bangaloreans (Indians) travel to America without fear, I guess you can do the same vice versa. India is one of the safest countries in the world.
