Drink lots of water, keep an eye on your food intake, and start off with a small routine of 10 -20 crunches periodically throughout the day. Stretch and do 10-20 when you wake up. 10-20 at lunch. Then 10-20 when you get home for the day. 10-20 after supper. Then 10-20 before bed sometime. Add that up per day (50 at the least, doing 10 each time) and once you feel comfortable go up a few more reps. Eventually, your stomach will get toned. Without having to spend 30-60 continuous minutes exercising, sweating and burning out your muscles. Good Luck and remember nobody's perfect. Be happy for who you are. People will like you if you love yourself and carry yourself with respect regardless of your size.

Surgery is never 100%. I had a historectomy and above my insision I have what's called a shelf. It's a small "bump" that goes above the length of the scar. You can do as many crunches or ab excercises that you want, it will never go away. You can't expect lypo to make you look pefect, you're going to have to do the rest of it on your own. Did it hurt at all when you did it?? I've been curious about it.

why would you volunteer to have someone cut you up and pay them for it, when you're not ill? i don't get it hun... exercise and you'll get the body you want! plastic surgery doesn't work unless you keep up on it and redo it every couple of years, meaning that most people will look deformed and gross if they don't go get cut again!!.. i'm saying you can have lypo all you want but if you never exercise and eat all this junk, plastic surgery won't help either. do it naturally hun you'll be even more impressed with the results, plust you'll feel so proud of yourself for all of your hard work!! :)

You have to do sit ups to get a wash board belly. Lipo only got the fat out. Now you have to work it out to tone the muscle.

Lipo sucks out fat. It doesn't pump in muscle. If you want great abs; your going to have to earn them through exercise. Just like the rest of us.

lipo doesn't get you flat, it minimizes fat. The only way to get FLAT is to exercise. I'm talking about crunches :)
Do them and learn to love them
