Do you remember the Rag Man?

Question

A van used to come around our neighbourhood, lets just say many years ago, you would give him your rags (old clothes) and get a balloon and sweets or sometimes a small toy in return.

I can still remember the excitement when you heard him blowing his whistle. I used to particularly like the jumping frog and the wee plastic camera toy. Happy days!!

Yes I do.You took me right back to my childhood then.Ours used to come round with a horse & cart.We used to get balloons.
