No, becasue our conscience does not live in somebody else but in ourselves. Well i guess technically you can ignore your conscience, but end of the day, it will be but be a witness against you. I mean your conscience is God's policemen. Not to harass you but to lead you to life. No not only here but for eternity.

no thats just classed as being a contract killer and that is wrong,if u have a problem with some1 taik to them about it,wouldent u prefer to give them a few thousand and ask them to get out of your life instead of killing them ?

Depending on who it was and their history, yes. But ONLY because of the clause that 'no-one would find out'.
I value 'lesser' animals more than the human one, I'm afraid.
