Ive been a Mortgage officer for 10 years, and have never heard of a satisfied customer that has used one of these on-line sites to get a mortgage...(low.com, ditech.com, lendingtree.com, etc.)

These companies are scam sites to a certain respect... They advertise LOW RATES, and LOW FEE'S... Then when all is said and done, they come up with some excuse as to why you dont QUALIFY for the low rate and low cost options...

On top of that, probably most importantly is that you wil never get the necessary care that you would by working DIRECTLY with a consultant that will handle your file from start to finish...

Thest online companies will hav e acall center that will initially call you after you submit information... Then once you fill out information, they transfer you to the qualification department acoss the counrty.. Onca you have comitted, they send you documents to sign, and then your package is sent to the processing department on the other side of the country.. From there it is transferred again to the underwritin gdepartment also again on the other side of the country... i think you know where im going with this...

All along if you have aquestion, you dont have a set person to talk to ever... You call into a help desk (call center) and have to be on hold 10 times tso they can figure out your answer...

The difference is ,I Myself am a consultant... I would handle your mortgage file from start to finish... From initial conversation you have my work/cell numbers, and can reach me at any timt if you have a question... We process EVERYTHING IN HOUSE, so you will never have to worry about your file being mis placd or lost in translation...

Most importantly, the loan will close FASTER because it is much more organized being that there are limited people working on your file...(as opposed to 6 divisions across the country)

What i suggest is that you give me a call.. I will gather some basic information, and give you an analisys as to what you qualify for in writing... From there if you like what you see, we can move forward.... If you dont like it, then you simply decline the offer...

Either way you will be more informed as to what you can get done...

Low.com is a mortgage lead portal. They do not do the loans. They will sell your lead information to several brokers.
