Can I put Woolite on a comforter?

I have a comforter on my daughter's bed that has a Pepsi stain on it that I just noticed. I sprayed Woolite on it. Will it hurt it? I don't want to put it in the washer.

If it does not say dryclean only, take it somewhere where you use a front loading washing machine. The woolite should not have hurt it at all

A little late to ask now! Now that you've done the deed, you need to remove the Woolite in order to avoid a worse stain. So, once you've managed to remove the stain, you have four options. 1) do nothing, and hope the Woolite doesn't attract too much dirt. 2) For washable comforters - take it to a laundry and use a front-loading machine big enough to handle the comforter (I recommend a double loader if the comforter is larger than twin-sized). Use cold water, delicate cycle if possible. If there is a water extractor available, use it! Then you can either tumble dry on lowest heat setting, or take it home and air dry it. 3) For non-washable comforters - take it to a dry cleaner's. Be sure to tell them about the use of Woolite. 4) For either type (excluding down-filled) - hand launder it in the bath tub. Use cold water and more Woolite. Be sure to rinse out all the soap, squeeze out as much water as possible, then hang it up to dry. If you have to drape it over something, be sure to reposition it once or twice during drying to avoid the formation of water marks. Usually, tumble drying a comforter on a low heat setting is preferable to line drying. This is because the combination of forced air and tumbling helps restore the "loft" (or fluffiness) of the comforter. In a poorly made comforter, however, you could get shifting of the filling. should have tested it on anseen spot first.
wash on gentle cycle cool water

You can put anything you want on it, however, the best thing I can suggest to use on it would be that Tide pen. I use mine all the time on my sofa, car seat and clothes. Good Luck!

Yes you can
