Okay, so i'm hearing a lot about these "emo" bands can any one recomond a good emo band so i can hear it for my self. Thanks

Pretty much any band in the Vans Warped Tour
I personaly dont like emo...Im more of a Metal chick but...those are bands that i kno that ive heard.

If you want real emo, go listen to Rites Of Spring, Yaphet Kotto, Saetia, Sunny Day Real Estate, Fugazi, Texas Is The Reason, I Would Set Myself On Fire For You, I Hate Myself, or anything else on Level-Plane Records. (That label's bands have mostly been emo, which is NOT what MTV has led you to believe.)
My Chemical Romance, Panic At The Disco, Fallout Boy, Taking Back Sunday, and Dashboard Confessional are horrible pop rock, not emo.

there is such a things as
"SCREAMO"
its not the same
emo is short for EMOtional
and if you want a good "screamo" band
you should listen to Drop Dead,Gorgeous
or underOATH
