no its the folicile getting blocked with hairs etc that gives you them use an exfoliating face wash to keep your stubble spot free

No, it doesnt. Shaving harshly with a gillete mach 3 will give you the spots! If you are shaving, use shaving oil, and buy a foil eletric shaver

The sensible answer is probably because you are not aeriating the sweat glands.............. stupid answer............ stubble will give you anything if the price is right!!!! Ask a female with a Brazilian!!!

Not washing gives you spots sonny.
If you mean shaving rash, use a decent razor and make sure your face is warm and wet before you apply your foam or gel.

stubble is horrible, shave it off then you wouldnt get spots there

it can due to ingrown hairs. try exfoliating prior to shaving to decrease the risk, and moisturise afterwards

does me maybe the skin can not breath as well and get dirt in the pores not sure though
