China is extremely Censored. They are filtered on what they are allowed to see majorly. WWW is only as open as the nations or countries we live in. This applies to every single country in the world.

Tis Open(as much as possible) in much of the west but in china and other dictatorships (china i dont think is completly a dictatoirship but its not democratic) the goverment has attempted to prevent users from viewing particluly damaging websites to their support, Case of this is Yahoo China, AOL china and other china related search engines which have had censor ship placed in them to prevent access to websites not supporting the goverment.
We dont have full access to the WWW about 50% of the web rermains behind closed doors where passwords are required but this is understandable, you wouldnt like random people being able to access youre bank details or happily start viewing your webcam.

The Internet has a limit. Not everything can be accessed through the Internet. Due to security there are many networks that can not be accessed. But as far as knowledge goes I am sure that if you have a question then the answer is out there.

in some countries it is open, in many, the ones the America haters look to as good places, they have strict limits on what is available. Dont want their people to informed.
