You could...push your eyes for an interesting new perspective, see how long you can hold your breath for, scratch yourself, try to swallow your tongue, look at something for a while-shut your eyes-then study the after image, get yourself as dizzy as possible to see how quickly you can make yourself barf, and go look through your neighbor's trash. That's always fun!
