I had same problem when i used LimeWire. When downloading a song/track just right click and click preview. The music player in the corner should start playing then you can stop it if the song isn't the right one.
I hope it works out and that you can do as i said above but it might not work because some copies of limwire are edited not to preview music. Hopefully it works for your copy of limwire.

go to itunes online store first and preview it there prior to downloading. Failing that you can start downloading then preview on limewire before it's completed if it's not the one you want then cancel the download. Do I get 10 points!?

You have to download them but when it has completed downloading you can preview it which allows you to listen to the part that has been downloaded and that should give you a good idea.

half download it, then launch it. if it's not the right one, then cancel the download.
You can also download the fast version of limewire from limewire.. cool?

Narrow your search be specific, and preview the track while its downloading.

just start to download it and then you wil have a little bit of it to listen to then you will know if its right if not get rid of it lol

you can preveiw it and if its the wrong one then just left click on it and press on cancel download. viola!
