on a windows pc ,,what software ,,,will allow me to output a asci number on the printer port?

for a firework show
input picture of a a shell's 1 to 50 go to slide show
add timing,,, spacing and
AND OUTPUT asci on a 26 pin d connector to a decoder to wire 1,, 2 ,3, 3 ect shells at a time
and add music on the audo channel,,, a plus contact [e-mail]
can u program this for $$$ gerald
