In the Bible, Satan is described as an "angel of light." In fact, his name of Lucifer means "light bearer." II Corinthian 11:14 says, "...Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light."
He has also been described as a "roaring lion walking about seeking whom he may devour." I Peter 5:8.
And Satan appeared as a snake to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
So Satan can look like many different creatures.

He'd look like Jack Nicholson. I saw him once driving away from Lake Cachuma near San Louis Obispo in a convertable Caddilac(sp), and a bag of golf clubs in the back and with a BIG smile on his face. He looked just like the devil.

According to the poem "Paradise Lost", which is where we get most of our information concerning Satan, he was once one of the most beautiful of God's angels. Therefore, I would say that he would probably be a beautiful person to look upon. Perhaps even movie star beautiful. Hmmm. No, Ben Affleck can't be.....can he?

He does walk this earth and he looks like people who harbor hatred, evil and violence toward others. He looks like thieves, murderers, rapists, child molesters, wife beaters, the proud, the arrogant and gossipers. He looks like those who persecute Christians, who cheat their neighbors, who desert their children. Look around you. Find things that tear down the people around them. You've just seen Satan at work.
