it's under guarantee [bought in may] but the paper tray fell off and epson refuse to help, insisting that i broke it deliberately.

Printer is worth £45 or so, you will be very lucky to find any parts a printer these days, most printers under £50-£60 are not really meant to be repaired any more.

If it is under warranty then epson will have to fix it, unless you did break it yourself.

If they wont help ur best bet is to try and buy a second hand or a broken one for spares.

the best store to buy is Epson its own company, and if the Printer still under warrant, then called Epson to replace a new one for you. You just told them that the printer fell to print or something else.

try employer referred to as Phoenix 0800 01 fifty 5 777 unfastened telephone @ £9.40 9 for a series of four. I rather have been utilising them for 4 years without problems in anyway. Order over the telephone interior the morning and that they are going to be there the following day. reliable success

the paperwork that came with it didnt include section where you can buy replacement parts? if you dont have the paperwork try going to epson on line and search for it..
