Hmmmmmmm.........easy:
I'd make you:
1. Mow the lawn
2. Clean out the toliet
3. Vacuum my house
4. Go get my car washed
5. Make me something good to eat
6. Massage my feet
7. Massage my back
8. Draw me a hot bath, with sweet smelling oils and candles
9. Wait outside the door until I'm done with a towel, robe and slippers
10. Help me get dressed.
11. Stay at home while I go have some fun with my girlfriends.
12. Have my bed ready for me, with freshly washed comforter and fluffed pillows
13. Tuck me in to bed
14. Take you spot on the floor and goto sleep!

I'm a guy, but my wife and I can probably come up with a few ideas.
-- Clean our cats' litter box.
-- Clean the bathrooms.
-- Do yardwork.
-- Clean up hairballs and cat barf from the floors.
-- Take out the garbage.
And that's just for starters. :-)
