It would be either pansexual, a taste for men women and transexuals, or it would be a fetish the person has, like being attracted to amputies. There really isn't a definition since it would probably be more on a case-by-case basis.

I would say that it is at the very least a bi tendency. If you desire a woman with a penis that woman was a man or is a man currently. Therefore if u fantasize about doing something with that person that you are most likely bi/gay.
