Here are some safe things you can do:
Walking
Jogging / Running
Swimming
Yoga and stretches
Dance
Low-impact aerobics
When NOT to excerise:
Pregnancy-induced hypertension (high blood pressure)
Preterm rupture of membranes
Preterm labor, now or during a prior pregnancy
Incompetent cervix
Persistent second- or third-trimester vaginal bleeding
Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR)
Heart disease
Here are some warning signs to watch out for:
Pain
Dizziness
Shortness of breath
Feeling faint
Vaginal bleeding
Difficulty walking
Back or pelvic pain
Contractions
Unusual absence of fetal movements (But bear in mind that the baby is often most quiet when you're exercising.)
Remember to always ask your Doctor what he/she thinks of you excerising before doing so. Remember to always stretch before hand.

Oooh! Walking is the greatest exercise to do while pregnant! Also, if you get stretchcords, then you can work your arms and stomach and legs without putting any huge strain on your baby.
If you want to know more, then call up a local gym and just talk to a personal trainer, they know everything!

i was pregnant while in the Army, you can just about do anything within reason, i did pushups till my stomach got too big ... i attempted situps but they were not full sit ups of course... lots of stretching excersize.. and i walked instead of ran....you can basically do almost anything within reason... pay attention to your body cause everyone is different.. go slow if you are trying an excersize for the first time and if it dont feel right then you can stop

Its safe to do thigs you did pre pregnancy on the whole, but never over do things
If you havent excercised before then stick to special pregnancy excercise classes or videos.
Yoga is meant to be good, but it needs to be pregnancy yoga

SWIMMING!!!!!!!!!
Those are two of the BEST exercises to do when pregnant. Walk at a decent pace...Dont rush yourself...dont make yourself short of air. Just go and take a walk, plus it helps you mentally. Swimming can help Every part of your body!!!

yoga, swimming, and some gyms have maternity classes.... simmular to step class (not a birthing class)
