If your last period was July 8th and your cycle is 22 days, your menstrual period has started and you're pregnant.

With your last period being on July 8th and your cycles lasting 22 days I have calculated that:

The date of your next expected ovulation is Sunday, July 16, 2006

Your next expected most-fertile period will probably be Thursday, July 13, 2006 to Wednesday, July 19, 2006

If your periods are irregular it's hard to get an accurate reading on ovulation days. I would say if you do not get your period soon I would take a pregnancy test and see how that comes out. Then wait 3-4 days after that (if it comes out negative) to see how the tests read.

If you are concerned go the Doctors and they can tell you for sure what is going on.

If your cycle is 22 days then you need to get an ovulation kit to figure that out because the normal cycle is 28 days. The normal 14 days is meant for those with a normal cycle.

Are you trying to figure out when your period will be or when you are most fertile? In ovulation you can usually tell either by the pain in your cervix area or by the excess discharge when you go to the bathroom......

The charts and calculations would not help you resolve this issue go and get yourself examined.
