Keep your cool, avoid arguements, B ignorant to unpleasing issues, try to maintain schedules, regularities, take good sleep at nights & if possible, practice Yoga & meditations, in order to control your emotional behavioural disorder. Just try for a fortnight & let me know the results, if U feel like.

First off, it's good that you know what the problem is and you want to fix it. It's a very good start and helps detirmination and helps you persivere.
I know this may sound dumb, but yoga and meditation is a great way to relax not only physically but to releive your mind of all inner stress. You should get some relaxing music to help you (Indian Flute music always works for me) and do some relaxing stretches on a mat or another comfortable surface. Another relaxing touch is to pull down the shades, and light a good smelling candle or two.
If you don't know any good stretches, that's okay. You can go to the library or a local bookstore and pick up a yoga book.
Try doing your favorite stretches for one hour a day, at the time of day where you find most relaxing. (Sunrise? Noon? Dusk? Take your pick.)
Try this, and you'll be more relaxed in NO time!

are you bi polar by any chance? if your under alot of stress it can alter you moods and change your behavior. try sitting in a room by yourself and doing something you enjoy. reading, listening to music, taking a walk, and anything involving exorsize helps release endorphins that are building up in your brain from stress.

Try to get out of the situation immediately. try hard to concentrate on something else which you really love to think. or else practise the following exercise.
when you get angry try to count back from hundred to one or from z to a. this needs concentration and you can really get out of it.
this is what i used to do.
