Only if it means something to the man and he is willing to live the rest of his life with a sunburst tattoo on his forehead. Remember, a tattoo is forever.

Well if its something they truely want and want to live with for the rest of their life or spend the money and pain to get it removed yeah sure. But why would one do that? They'll get quite a few funny looks and it could probably be make it hard to find a job, though I suppose if they grew their bangs down in front of it it could technically cover it.

Nothing screams "I am a dumba$$" more than a tattoo, except maybe piercings.
