Yes, we notice and it can be annoying. It would depend on mood at the time. I am kinda weird and don't like anyone looking because I am with someone special. I'm sure there are others like me, somewhere :-)

It only gets annoying when the men are being smart asses ,however there's nothing wrong with a nice compliment!!! Makes you feel good when you know you look good!

yes they notice. and yes, it gets annoying b/c its usualy by creepy nasty guys. hot guys dont stare, they walk up to you and introduce them selves. creepy nasty guys just stare and never do a thing about it.

if you are talking to a guy and he keeps glancing at your boobs, its soo annoying becuase youre like, hey! i'm up here!
