The subjects that i should take to go to the science stream for class 11cbse board, are mathematics, english language, chemistry, biology, literature in englis and social science.

Third is
Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Bio - this will keep your both stream open
English is compulsory
Other one subject elective can be Hindi/ Economics/Computer Science/ Geography/ Sanskrit
However this depends on what are you plans in future - depend on whether you want to go in medical side or engineering side also depend on what are your skills set. You are little artistic - more towards natural side or like number and more toward calculation side.
However in anycase take one scoring subject like Sanskrit/ Economins/ Geography
