It's brand new, and I splilled a little bit of nail polish remover on it! I rinsed it with cold water right away and am currently washing it. Will it take out the color. It was within 3 minutes of the spill that I rinsed it and began washing it (don't know if that makes any difference). Will it ruin it?

It says "MAY ruin SYNTHETIC fabrics". What's a synthetic fabric?

Look at the tag on your skirt - if it says Nylon or polyester, or anything but wool, linen or cotten, then it is synthetic - it may disolve the material where you spilled it.

I don't know to help you now that you've spilled nail polish on your skirt.

However, I do know that a synthetic fabric is any man-made fabric. That generally means not made of cotton, wool, silk, or linen. There may be a few others but those are the major natural fabrics.

Yes it will ruin your clothes. Take them off right now.

Sorry, got a little carried away with my male perspective of who cares.
