babelfish.altavista.com will give you a rough translation, but not perfect. It should give you a decent idea though, and you can make corrections when you go over it.
There is no online translator which is perfect, so no matter which one you choose, you will need to make corrections to it.

http://www.systransoft.com/ is very good, when u sign up u can also use sepcific dictionnaries, like computer science, medicine, business etc.. also ver good is http://www.wordreference.com/ they also have a forum where u can post what u needed translated and some1 will do it 4 u worked great for me to translate things frmo italian into english and vice versa...
