Youtube.com offers min-clips but if you're looking for Japanese animes and cartoons like Gundam Seed,Sailor Moon,Yu Gi Oh....etc, you can use limewire. Its a sharing program and you can look for anything in it for free. You can get if from www.download.com I know many people who use it to download movies,series,cartoons and many more.
