No, that's what I used to think too before I read the book, but it isn't Voldemort. J.K. Rowling debunked that before Half-Blood Prince came out. Keep reading, the Prince turns out to be someone I'd hadn't ever thought of while reading. I hope no one here spoiles the ending for you!
