Who does the voice- over for the new KA car advert?

Question

"A car is a car is a car..."
This advert is shown in England. My mum and my uncle have been racking their brains, because they both recognise the voice but are unable to place it.
Any help would be much appreciated. It would stop me from getting ear ache each time the advert is shown lol.

Can you find it and post it so those of us that don't get the commercial or haven't seen it could take a shot at it? I'm pretty good with recognizing voices.
