yes, i take my foot and place it over my head
it only hurts if i do it for too Long and even then its more Like a "i've been sitting in the car for too Long" kinda feeLing. just keep stretching every day and you wiLL probably get there eventuaLLy.

I used to. You have to stretch those areas that allow you to put your feet behind your head everyday.

sure:) first must have training let your legs up slowly if hurts hang in there for a while after some time u be able to do it

I can do one foot, but not both. It doesnt hurt if I stretch out first.

i can if i really try. u just sit in a relaxed position, take a deep breath, and just put your foot behind your head. it's really simple. i took yoga, it sort of hurts...
